that haye fights only once a year is a bigger issue then his chin or anything else.

Haye talking about knocking Valuev out has as much credence as Hate saying he was killing himself to make 200lb vs Enzo.

He'll talk and talk and talk some more about knocking him out then turn up and outbox him for 12 rounds.

I don't agree that he has not learned his lesson after the defeat by Thompson. If anything I think he has learned it very well. I expect him to beat Valuev and I think he has an excellent shot against Vladimir Klitschko. Vitaly will obviously be more difficult as he can take a shot but defeating him is not impossible. Vladimir has not been in with a live opponent for a long time now.

There's a lot of deluded Haye fans on this thread, the OP has a point. Haye talks so much it's as though he is trying to convince himself of the hype and yet he never looks as though he actually believes it. Haye has a natural talent and is made for heavy weight boxing because of his power but he also carries the vulnerability of having a glass chin. As exciting as it is to watch Haye because of his do-or-die style I would prefer if he tightened up now he is looking to progress to the next level

I am at a complete loss to know where statements like this come from. Firstly idiots make them and then for whatever reason they become received wisdom...David Haye has never been KO'ed :deal

Did you see his grobbelaar impression against Mormeck? Glass chin is maybe a bit harsh but there is a definite and obvious weakness there and you'd be an idiot not to admit it.

Dude, Icemax really knows his stuff to call him an idiot off the back of a " haye has a glass chin " statement isnt the way to go about getting respect on here.

if his chin is so poop how did he get all the way to the cruiser title , there are some quite big boys in that division y'know. :good
