Yeah that what I also though he meant. In this video (interview taken same day as Klistchko incident) he admit Holyfield is above him when it comes to achivements at cruiserweight. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cD13egsq40c
The ****e he did. He has said in a recent interview he is being talked aboit as the second greatest ever CW of all time, and 'rightly so' behind Holyfield.
****ing Hell He Said He Was bigger Stop Hearing What You Want To Hear To Get People To Hate Haye Its Sad
Considering this dude got stopped at Cruiser by someone that is near Holyfield's age, he needs to STFU
Exactly, I posted a video above in which Haye clearly says Holyfield is above him yet people still want to talk ****.
Haha, very true. If boxing was a blabbering contest then Haye would be P4P #1 KO artiste extreme. With regards to comparing Haye and Holyfield - obviously taking into account that it is actually a crime punishable by death to favourably compare a modern fighter with one of the past I would say that Holyfield's resume at CW is a little overrated (but slightly better than Haye's), however, comparing his achievments at HW to Haye's at CW leaves Holy firmly on top. Give Haye a few years and he may yet match his achievements, though it will be difficult given the dismay that most people view the HW division with. As fighters I reckon Haye has more power, speed and better reflexes (until he gets tired) but Holy has a very solid chin, very underrated defense and fantastic recovery capabilities - all attributes that are extremely useful for a CW campaigning with the HWs.
By bigger he meant better. Holyfields size was only a slight factor in the Bowe fights. He was not reffering to heighth. It would be irrelevant.
