Only Adamek isn't the WBA champion who promised to knockout the Klitschkos so he's bound to get less stick.
I hope this fight just gets signed, It can reignite the public's interest in boxing which can only be a good thing, and as long as Haye doesnt blow him out too early they wont feel short changed. Haye gets another fight up at heavyweight, gets more cash, he grows into his weight, the Klitschkos get older and he gets one of them next.
We know that Joe Public knows nothing about boxing, but you cant insult them. A mate of mine, who is not even a casual boxing fan, asked the other day "what ever happened to Audley Harrison". I told him that it was looking like he'd be next in line for David Haye. He was genuinely shocked. "I thought he was a joker? How did he manage to get that?" I couldnt answer him.

I think Haye realises if he can't get a fight with Adamek, Harrison is his only choice, and he doesn't want to give him that. He could try for a Hopkins fight, knocking him out would give him more credit, but not much. Besides, Hopkins will probably price himself out of a fight.
It would be bloody brilliant if Haye and Booth have strung Audley and Hearn along all this time. Remember when it was all but certain Haye was going to fight Vitali last September? And then out of nowhere the Valuev fight was announced.

The fact Haye has even talked to Audley shows he is a con artist who is just about the money. Haye is a multi millionaire who should be fighting the best. In truth, if he fought the Klits he'd make more money and be in a bigger fight. The moment Haye signs to fight Harrison, then he should lock himself in a room and starve himself to death. This is beyond a joke. Some people don't take this too seriously but ultimately the fans pay these guys bills. We buy the magazines, we attend the fights, we buy the PPVs etc Without our money this sport is dead, so for him to be a champ and not fight the best, well then he can go **** himself.
