Dubious how he's top 15 In the belts, he's fought no one but clubfighters. He's got all those Ko's because he's fought Stacy Goodson fighters and then more clubfighters.

If Warren was getting guys like Chapman and Johnson for his heavyweights then people wouldn't hype the opponent then but most of you have double standards for that **** talker.

    I don't think he's on youtube though I'll have a look.

I wasn't talking to everyone btw and purposefully slating people for there lack of knowledge on JD Chapman, he's not an easy guy to find out about and I don't know an awful lot about him myself.

I wouldn't slate people for lacking knowledge because there's many many people who are a helluva lot more knowledgeable on me, but it's the 'Boxrec warriors' who just irritate me when they look at his ranking on Boxrec and then conclude he has no chance.

Mate, I´m a bookkeeper. Most of what I do is based on numbers and facts. I know that concerning the information I got on Chapman he:

    - is NOT what Haye sayed he would compete
    - his resume (on paper) is filled with clubfighters and half of them have NO or NEARLY no win at all
    - there is NOT EVEN ONE good name on his resume

I haven´t seen him in competition. It is possible that Chapman is an unknown top HW boxer, but the chances, concerning the facts and information are extremely low.

Boxrec surely is NOT the philosophers stone but at least it gives hints about the capability of a boxer... ;)

Yep. That is my point. I put forward an argument fore and against those fighters and others awhile ago. All the guys you mentioned could be good fights but the resumes can also be picked apart. JD just happens to have got the fight and it could be good, no better or worse than the guys in your list. Fact is until he fights Wlad or Peter Haye will get alot of stick for his choice of opponent.

The region where Chapman is from, is notorious for building up statistically impressive but totally inept 'white meat'.

I suspect Haye takes him out real early.

I remember ana rticle about a court case in America where a promoter was simply building upa heavyweight to have a 30-0 record by fighting people with fake records in ana ttempt to get a HW title shot and thus probably earn enough to retire on.

Any WH with a record like that, especially a white* American one, is going to get a title shot sooner or later.

    * Thats just the great white hope thing, isnt it.

Yep. Promoters are now looking for the next great black hope since all the best heavies went white.

You're bound to get a response saying people with black hair aren't white.
