Gaye's people will do anything to avoid Chagaev. This is the reason he is not on my list. I can hear the excuses. "He is not healthy, he is contageous, it is too risky even for the people at ringside, etc."
The only thing this proves is despite only having a handful of fights at heavyweight David Haye brings more money to the table than the Klitschko's.
I really doubt that they could sell the Haye v Harrison fight outside of the UK. It means less money. There is no way Haye makes more money fighting Harrison than Wladimir KlitschKO. It is not about the money Haye is worry about. It is just an excuse. He does not deserve 50/50 split on anything to begin with.
Haye has already broken two contracts with the Klitschkos. Haye will refuse to fight his mandatory Chagaev. Chagaev actually beat Valouev. Chagaev did not run, he fought Valouev, threw punches. Haye ran, did not throw punches and was given a gift. Chagaev was the real WBO champion anyway. Gaye is a sick piece of fecal matter. He should be flushed back down the toilet back into the sewers from which he came. Haye goes into the cow's mouth and comes out the other end as fecal matter!
It does not prove that. It proves that Haye brings more money from the UK than Wladimir from Germany in this particular case. There are other coutries that bring money to the table as well.

The K-bros. are so rich right now in '10, that anything else is merely icing on the cake of retirement........ Both Wlad and Vitali sleep on beds' of cash flow...... Its insane....... I don't see what's wrong with the deal being offered by Haye. Seems fair to me. Why are the Klitschkos not prepared to accept it? I understand Wlad has more belts but he doesn't pull in viewing figures in the UK.
So the Klischko are chasing Haye now? That's pretty ironic isn't it? Haye = Money champ Waldo = challenger In this situation boxers who promote are the problem.
If theyre so rich why is the money for this fight such an issue? Surely they'd just accept Haye's deal? After all, its not like it's bad is it?
Yet, KlitschKO v Povetkin makes more money than Haye v Harrison. From what I read Adamek is looking towards KlitschKOs not Haye. That was the reason he took the fight with Grant. Adamek said that himself in an intervview. He is interested in fighting the best in KlitschKOs. Adamek is not on Haye’s list anyway. So Haye does not have many options. He is not popular outside of the UK. Yes, UK fans are very devoted; they follow their fighters around the world. Yet, Haye is not that magnet. He is not Hatton. Besides, Haye will have to deal with Chagaev at some point. That kind of fight brings a lot of risks for him and a little reward. If it is not Chagaev, because they will try to sideline him, it is going to be a rematch with Valuev or Kali Meehan. Those are not money making fights. Golden Boy could oblige him with Hopkins and probably this would be the best fight for him. It could even go on HBO since HBO will serve Golden Boy well. The only way Haye could make real money is thru KlitschKOs. It is better to get KOed by KlitschKOs than by someone else for less money.
