    A good number didn't give Lemieux a round. You and maybe one other guy did, that I saw.

    My card, CST's, UTF's, qwerty's, Pinoy's, every other one that I've seen was a shutout.

    But not the professional judges cards.

    Maybe your having trouble with the meaning of the word "arguably ?"

    I think I recall you calling Canelo-Mayweather a shut-out as well ?

    Plenty of pro judges shouldn't be pro judges, and can't score fights properly. We all know this.

    I agree with this except bringing up Rosado getting robbed by Murray. Murray isn't the same guy anymore.

    any sport with winners based upon judgement is rife for corruption. not that every sport isn't corrupt. just easier to fix judging than actual scoring.

    I don't believe in/don't award "attaboy" rounds, which is why I'm far more qualified to score bouts than most.

    This is the logic-trap fallacy that people fall into where the guy getting schooled does a little better than in all the other far more lopsided rounds while the one doing the schooling does a tad less well (or is just much less active, taking a breather, what have you) and so the mindless sheep thing to do is to give the guy that's been on the losing end a pity round/A-for-effort round. That isn't what you're supposed to do when properly, objectively scoring a fight RBR and viewing each round in a vacuum.

    That's why I have both Mayweather vs. Canelo and BJS vs. Lemieux shutouts. There were rounds where the demonstrated gap in class was RELATIVELY narrower than in other rounds, but never a round where it narrowed enough that the master boxer didn't still deserve the 10-9.

    @Nonito Smoak

    obviously their scorecard is way too wide from them.... but figured id post it.

    I would say its pretty even with a slight edge to Canelo, but I didnt count em.

    Seems most of the press I see (espn, guardian, and some prominent names) had it 115-113 for Canelo.

    Wish I could find a poll or a press row scoring collection.

    Judging can be difficult, take the Parker vs Fury fight. Both WC's AJ and Wilder had Hughie winning, as did I. Professional judges had Parker winning, and plenty of posters here had him winning for pushing the action. Every person sees something different.

    Yeah I know, but you could make the same argument about Rosado. I think Gabe would have always been a tough fight for Murray stylistically.

    Fair point. If anything, Rosado has more miles on him than Murray does. And I probably would pick the best Rosado over the best Murray... which, I cant believe Im saying now that Im thinking about it, but I would.
