I think one of the tell tale signs is that they cut Lennox and didn't replace him with anyone else, instead they're moving to a 2-man format (that means no Stewart either). HBO has had serious budget issues for some time, HBO's boxing division has had far worse budget issues and they have underperformed over the last number of years with Greenburg.
HBO has been nearly as bad for the sport as the multiple organizing bodies and the promoters. The whole sport is screwed up. If Boxing was a car it'd be a 'Pinto'.

Naw, HBO boxing is alive and well they're just doing this because noone in the U.S. watches the Klitschkos. All of their fights have been and will continue to be boring to watch as long as ...1) They won't fight each other and 2) No viable American HW contender rises to the occasion and presents a decent challenge for the crown.

HBO, like it or not, is beholden to the U.S. market for revenue and as long as the HW division is flooded with European mediocrity, it won't make good business sense to televise HW fights.

Wait... you mean HBO has broadcast something of quality in this current century, other than 'The Wire' and 'Treme'?

If this is true HBO is making a huge mistake.
The Klitchko domation has more to do with their abilities than their compotion.
The heavyweight championship is something I would want to have the TV rights to.

They never heard Stewart on boxing after dark unless Lampley and Merchant are there. Stewart will do the PPVS big events still. But yes, the 2 man crew for boxing after dark isn't a great sign.

Nobody is racist towards whites. They're bordist. Which is a form of discrimination and hate for boring ass fighters who paw with their jab and take zero chances.

Great WHITE HW Champ = Rocky Marciano

Good and incredibly boring HW Champ = A Klitschko brother

Waldo fights frightened. Vitali is way past it. It adds up to total boredom. Heavy weight division is useless unless we see Haye or Adamek fight either brother or each other.
