This sounds like good news for Haye. Can really push for a fair split now as he has the HBO power behind him. It may actually happen now, you never know.
'Fair Split' ?? Why does Haye deserve a 'Fair Split' against a dominant champion like Wlad ?? If Haye had any balls he'd forget about a 'Fair Split', and go in and knock him out, if he does this, then Haye can command all the millions he wants .. Haye has proved nothing, and his complete reluctance to go in with Wlad suggests that he knows he'll lose. Wlad is ok but lets be honest, he aint no Tyson, he aint no Holyfield and he certainly aint no Holmes .. Haye is negotiating as if he knows it will be his last fight and he wants as much as he can get before he takes the beating, these are scared tactics by Haye, but at some point he'll have to 'front up' or be forever labelled 'all mouth and no balls' ....
Yep. I put on the Vitali fight cos its a heavyweight title fight but after a few rounds I said to myself, what the **** am I doing watching this **** over guys who have come to fight. It was a lapse in judgement but I corrected the error.
why should haye go in there, risk his health against the best heavyweight in the world for chump change?
i tuned in from round 6 i think, the worst thing of all was vitali shamelessly show boating against a c class euro level opponent.
Why not ?, he seems to think there ****, and if he wins he could then take on who ever in america or here for a fortune. Seems to me the guy dont know what he wants any more.
I find it amusing that nobody has asked this question...... Why are the Klitschko's getting punished for Haye running his mouth and then continuosly backing out of fights with them???
They're getting punished for providing fights of zero entertainment value. Haye's a by-product of that, since he actually appears in entertaining fights.
A win is a win IMO. And whilst they're constantly fighting the top guys in the Division (mostly) I think it's a little unfair to be honest.
But the fights are terrible. Just because they win doesn't mean they're entitled to money. It's more shocking that Froch isn't shown on UK TV than the Klits not being shown in the US.
Froch has nothing to do with them to be fair though. Anyway it's a fair point about winning doesn't necessarily mean money however this seems to be the fallout of the Haye negotiations falling through which is Hayes fault again. I'm really starting to go off him again
we don't know that and HBO got out after the Arreola fight, but were prepared to feature Adamek - because he makes for better, tv-friendly fights. Haye is a by-product of the brothers' boring style.
