Most important thing is getting rid of that sod awful computer scoring. Now we can go back to some old school whingeing about lousy scoring.
I think its a mistake to remove headgear.too much emphasis is put on the protection from punches rather than protection from head clashes and cuts.an amateur boxer needs to be injury free so they can be ready for the next fight in a tourney.maybe not having a vest on would make body punches more clear to score though.
Lomachenko falls into that catergory IMO, I think he's got the perfect style to make the transition to the pro ranks
Its good so they dont have to adjust to the pro game but so many boxers are gonna get ktfo out in the amateurs before they turn pro guys like Rigondeaux wouldnt be able to have so many amateur fights without getting stopped
