I personally dont buy it no more,i make it with peanuts(though),little bit of oil and salt and sugar, blender and done.
Here pb is quite expensive so it makes sense.

Best for me keto/intermittent fasting train in the 18-21 hour of your fast. You stay strict 2 and a half months and you’ll be lighter then ever with more speed power energy and stamina then ever.
Eat in a 4 hour window.
Reason for training in the 18-21 hour of your fast is that your body’s gh levels are at 1000 percent of what it is after you break that fast. You body heals insanely fast. After awhile you won’t even be able to get sore.

I got my methods from Herschel walker. He said he’s ate the same thing and the same way since high school. Haters will say Herschel walker is on steroids but once you follow the diet strict for 3-4 month then you start to realize what could have been if you had that knowledge when you were young. Herschel walker is a product of what you would look like training hard everyday eating with this philosophy. In my 20s I didn’t feel strong getting below 178 for boxing. That was eating small meals 6x a day with my body running off sugars and carbs. Now I easily make 168 eating in a span of 4 hours. Stronger faster more stamina, more speed, more energy using fat for fuel. I could make 160 if I want. At 39 if I boxed myself at 25-29 I smash the 20’ guy.
