Hearn/Chisora modified gloves, smaller ring, and tampered with the ropes

then eddie might now gave him Whyte to fight with. if he wish.
Whyte not likely is going to win A.J or Fury.
Usyk is smaller than these and might be suitable fight for Whyte to test him up.

Would make sense and easier to put together than a fight with Joe Joyce who is, for now at least, promoted by Frank Warren.

Looks like this and initially I assumed that good fight at HW for Usyk had been Povetkin not Whiterspoon.
Povetkin well known in europe, like Usyk he too is Olympic champion and amateur world and euopean champion, good pro resume.
approx 225 lbs for Usyk too looked suitable opponent.
Might had been sold really well.

Now this Whyte vs Povetkin rematch, I think they might forget about this in near future and offer Whyte to fight vs Usyk.
Sales looks might be better than Usyk vs Chisora because he already had fight vs Chisora and Whyte is higher in rankings than Chisora.

Sounds like the team loma training methods need re evaluation.

Uh, not really. He didn't have any casts on the hands for the interview, and seemed to be using them normally for things like drinking water. So his hands weren't "shattered," and neither is his shoulder.

He said that the shoulder was a concern, but that he has never gone into a professional fight with pain, but has sometimes felt it by the end of a fight.

Seems to my like he is talking about pain, and not injury, except for the shoulder, which he admits is a concern.

Again, what would those words be, and what is the injury? Where are the casts? When was the surgery?

It was the other guy that was talking about padding being removed and all of this. All Usyk said is that the ring was small and the ref let Chisora hit him low.

Usyk’s body simply can’t tolerate the pounding from these big HWs. Worse still he’s never been a physically tough fighter who can roughhouse and clinch inside with bigger guys. He’s also made the transition way too late. All the other very successful lighter weight boxers who moved up to HW in recent memory (Holyfield, Moorer, Byrd) did so in their mid-20s. At I’m afraid we’ve already seen the best of Usyk and what follows now will be a precipitous decline.

So a summary for you guys:
Usyk is such a gent, and he said to the interviewer stop complaining about all the stuff, I won so get over it.

The interviewer asks all the questions imo in an aggressive manner about (after the arrow the answer):
    -missing padding in the gloves
=》it was allowed in the uk
    - the small ring
=》it was small but its okay. Eddie hearn said don't worry next time it will be better
    -the low blows
=》not chisoras fault. The referee did his own thing and usyk accepted it
    -the injuries
=》His left hand was gone in the 2 round (elbow), his right hand was gone after the 6th round.
    -chisoras power
=》physically very strong, but power wise nothing special
-what usyk thinks about the fight
=》he won. He didn't move enough and will improve in the right areas
    -his next fight plans
=》he wants to win the belts from Joshua. If Joshua fights fury then he has to vacate the belt. He wants to be undisputed. And they talk about fighting Parker if the belt is vacated by Joshua.
-end of k2 contract (November 2020)
=》 the k2 contract expired in November 2020 and he will not continue with them. especially not with krassuyk (the guy who was always with him and translated all the interviews) He feels betrayed by him because he didn't do anything for him when it comes to representing usyks best interest: question the small ring, the soft ropes, the missing padding and he has to support usyk no matter what and keep his interest in mind, but he wants just to be likeable for everybody and he is not ready to be uncomfortable for the other side.
    -beeing a free agent
=》He is ready for big offers or he will promote himself
    -how much money he earns
=》from all pursues he has left 50% after paying all the stuff.
    -the loss of Vasily lomachenko
=》 he was shocked and extremely disappointed. But Vasily will learn from that and improve.

I'm sticking by what I said. I guarantee you he injures his hands/elbow again in his next fight. When he steps in with a top 5 heavyweight it's going to be goodnight Usyk

I actually do think Hearn is corrupt, and has influenced many other bouts negatively (example: Cordina's constant fouling never called into question). But this just sounds like sour grapes. Usyk just isn't as good as he, and others, thought he would be at Heavyweight. At least in that bout, anyway.

Fascinating interview. For the first time in his career, he sounds rattled.

But there was no injury this time. You saw the interview. No cast...no difficulty in using his hands.

You can believe what you want. Maybe you are right. But where is the evidence to prove it to anyone else?

The guy looked fine to me. He suffered some pain in a fight. go figure.
