In a recent interview Eddie said that after 4 or 5 fights any of the GB lads hes signed or will be signing in future, hell be pushing them into titles.
Whats peoples thoughts on this attitude?
He sure does a mean cull imo. Just because someone has been in the GB set up doesnt mean they are ready for the pro ranks.
obvious one that sticks out is Stalker. GB captain and has relly struggled in the pros, theres others as well.
Do people think Eddie has it right when he says this.

No, all he is doing is fast tracking them, someone is going to come unstuck or even injured.

But the recent batch of top amateurs are better prepared for Pros having competed in a tournament against world class opposition over 5 rounds without headguards on. I believe all of Hearns recent amateur signings, all bar the exception of Okolie are all good enough right now to hold their own at British level.

    Yeah, same.

Sort of unrelated, but I did chuckle as the weekend at Paul Smtih saying Joe Gallagher has improved Natasha Jonas "ten fold". He's improved an Olympic boxer ten fold, okay Paul.

Ready for titles doesnt mean world honors yet. Think he has plenty of GB fighters in this stable that would easily pick up English, Commonwealth and British titles after 4 or 5 fights.

An exaggeration at the very least ! He's a good commentator accept when commentating on his mates as struggles to be impartial.

I think Cordina is ready for Commonwealth level now. It should be a case by case basis imo. Josh Kelly is another who will be ready for title level soon.

He's just copying what Audley Harrison said back in 2001. "I'll win British title within 5 fights".

In fact, Hearn is likely to pad and milk some of these prospects a bit longer.

Unless he's talking "area titles" or the "WBA international sub-junior-pan-continental bronze novice" trinket.

Compared to Warren's stable of prospects, namely Yarde and Dubois, Hearn's lot have fought world-beaters.

Mate, give it abit of a rest with the constant Warren stable bashing?

Yarde is a late starter who has had about 25 fights total amateur and Pro.
Dubious Is 19/20 years old and had about 4 pro fights and very little amateur experience

Yes but Dubious should be fighting Heavyweights, not LHW and Cruiserweights. And Frank shouldn't be shouting Yarde is the best thing since sliced bread and then turn down big money for Burton fight then put him in with journeymen.

Mate, Frank is a promoter, he wouldn't be doing his job if he was making noise about his fighters. Just to add abit of balance to your argument if I may-

Dubious - If I'm not mistaken, for 2 of his fights Frank has had guys pull out at the last minute. Frank has also explained the difficulty in matching him with fighters such as Cornish who do not want to know. We've also had other heavyweight trial horses openly say they've put the phone down when Frank has offered them the fight. This kid is work in progress, there is no hurry.

Yarde- The flip side to your argument is that Buglioni turned down his highest ever purse from Warren despite calling out Anthony various times on twitter etc. He choose instead to hide behind Don Charles and Hosea Burton when everybody knows the board would have sanctioned the fight if Bug was prepared to take it.

Ryan Ford would have been a perfectly good fight, but he pulled out after announcing himself that he was fighting Yarde. Although at the weight below it's also not long ago that A Dirrell and Smith fought Nemespati- not saying he was particularly good but that's the reality.

Yarde - Bugluoni got offered more to fight Kov and Ward. Yarde never beat anyone to earn fight, fight was still their if he beat Burton.

Dubious - It may be hard to match him, but it wasn't as hard as getting fights for AJ early doors. Regardless boy should be fighting genuine heavyweights, no ines saying world beaters but heavyweights. I know Billy Nelson said he would be happy to put his prospect Bakole in with him.
