Universum: Where good fighters go to die.

Plus, Boytsov has been plagued by serious injuries.

That said, it does also seem like he simply doesn't have the desire to fight. He's shown this many times while actually in the ring.

Scott is a bit of an enigma, though I think "Son Of Gaul" got it right, above, in that he was comfortable making a living as a sparring partner.

Wilder simply fights whomever they match him with. His daughter has a serious medical condition, and he needs the money. Also, many better fighters have backed out of fights with him, or refused outright. That's a fact.
You should give the guy credit for at least being very active.

And while you're knocking guys that have 1,000X more balls than yourself, OP, why is David Price (as good as he is) not on your list? Who the **** has HE fought?

The main thing about Wilder is that he received an olympic bronze medal in a boxing tournament vs international open class level oponents while he was only a novice level fighter. So of course, he's going to be brought along at a slower pace. However, I do not unilaterally dismiss the thought that Wilder's bronze medal is from the luck of the draw.

Scott seems like a fighter who has been protected from stiff competition in order to gain one big payday fight and the Glazkov fight on television is that payday.

Boytsov was kind of a blue chip amateur fighter brought in as a hot boxing prospect but various problems have cooled his career. I think Boytsov has a decent looking list of opponents for a boxer at a certain level but he should be beyond that level now. I have my doubts if DB can overcome the kind of adversity he needs to overcome in order to be the champion. Bidenko, Wilson and Williams are respectable opponents IMO.

Another ****** hinting that the heavyweight division is packed with tough competition. Is there anyone decent in the division for them to fight?

They had to step up fast because there's no one else to fight. I see heavyweights with 18 professional fights getting title shots, coincidence and luck?, I don't think so.

Someone in the boxrec top 30 maybe. Gatekeepers like Chisora, Dimitrenko, Thompson. Almost all their opponents have been outside the top 100 so stop pretending there aren't better options than the likes of Nascimento for your 32nd fight, you ****ing mong. :good

Chisora has been inactive since his KO defeat to Haye and is a pointless fight. Thompson is a D fighter in his prime and now he's old so you do the math there Dimitrenko is as good a fight as any can out there. You can keep typing names you think are hot stuff but in reality they're all as good as other cans out there.

thanks to his license being suspended, he's fighting on the Burns Vazquez bill if he can get it back, despite coming off 3 losses, he's still in the top 30, unlike Nascimento, who despite having an almost identical record(actually has an extra win), is ranked OVER 100 places below him. now I don't put much stock, if any, into boxrec rankings, but you can't really argue with that.

honestly, what the **** is beating Nascimento, who was KO'd by Fury 2 years ago, gonna tell us about Boystov?

I never said they were hot stuff but they're way better than Wilder, Scott's or Boytsov's general opponents.

To try lump them in with the **** those guys are fighting is idiotic. Thomson beat Boytsov's best opponent. He's clearly a better fighter than anyone Boytsov has faced, even now.

    Chisora has beaten Helenius.

Dimitrenko has proved to be better than Boytsov's opponents by beating some of them.

You haven't a shred of evidence to show them guys to be no better than the likes of Nascimento whereas I have backed up my argument. You've got ad hominem and contradiction of my argument without providing anything.

That is complete bull****, especially considering that the Glazkov fight isn't really a big payday to begin with.

I haven't provided anything yet you brought up Chisora who's suspended and Tony Thompson. As I previously stated, the division is dead poor and weak, that's just an obvious fact.
