Ingle has said he has sparred Kell plenty of times and never been hurt. Doesn't mean he wasn't out boxed I suppose.

Ingle definitely seems to be a better fit than Gary Lockett. This Liam Williams would have beaten Smith IMO.

Fighters who have a devastating loss usually change trainers but I would advise Mark to stick with his current trainer but should he decide to move I would go with a coach who can teach him the fundamentals such as Oliver Harrison but I’ve heard he’s still not a well man so I would recommend Anthony Farnell he’s a really top coach when it comes to teaching the skills of boxing

Yer true the ingle gym never spar full on as Brendan used to say hard spars with head shots shortens life of boxer so they don't do that mich head sparring, more body.

I agree dom has really changed liam I agree he would of got a win against Smith on this performance.

I picked Chisora because I hate Whyte, but thought Whyte would win.
I picked Heffron because I thought they'd rob Williams.
I picked Bellotti because I thought he'd have learned from his loss and would do enough to keep it close.
I picked Rosales because I thought he'd legit win.

    :ohno:ohno

I picked N'Dam because I knew he'd beat Murray decisively to win, in spite of being in the UK.
I picked Warrington, because he's a ****ing beast, and thought he'd outwork Carl from start to finish.

And I picked Harrison and Korobov to expose the Charlo sisters.

    So... mixed bag for me.

Seen the fight first hand in the arena and to me he boxed the head off him! Haven't seen footage back though.

Wonder whether Williams will now stick at MW or move back down. Looks a very good fit with Ingle.
