Aint no grain left the way you went against it. Outstanding decision, boy was that a dough-boy drubbing !
Yep they draw the good ole' NFL argument out whenever they have no one in the top 10. And when they had Wilder, Ruiz, Kownacki, Hunter they spoke of the 2020s being the "American HW decade". That pipedream turned into a train wreck quickly.
He's had issues with injuries for years now which have massively curtailed his abilities. Early in his career he made his rep knocking iron-chinned guys out in brutal fashion, and the manner of his knockouts has always been quite brutal, usually coming from one or two punches after a see saw contest. Even if you don't rate his skills or finishing ability, there are very few opponents who've just been able to walk through his shots without effect.
Meh, I don't mind Hunter. He's at least willing to push himself, unlike the coddled PBC brigade of glorified bum bashers. Bryant Jennings was the same, even if he didn't have the greatest of skills. I'd rather guys like that than hypejobs like Wilder or skilled but grotesquely apathetic slobs like Ruiz. Solid, no nonsense fighters unafraid to risk their 0s in the pursuit of glory, even if they don't quite hit the highest heights.
No. Not at all. Fighters lose, and very often get much better for it. Kownacki will be back. it is still a rare thing to see a heavy who throws 70 punches a round. By the way, good for Helenius. It would be all the better for the division if he were back.
Kownacki was doing good and won all three rounds. In the fourth referee made a mistake and did not mention first knockdown. If he did so Kownacki could have more time to recover.
