Just been on the Hennessey Sports website and noticed that he has signed a few Canadian boxers. I then noticed that he now has offices in Canada. Whats this all about is he planning a runner? anybody else enlighten me?

He did a deal with the Fight Network (a 24 hour combat sports channel in Canada) several years ago so its just part of that. Realistically if the Fight Network don't get into the US they probably won't stay in business much longer so don't see it as anything long term for him

yeah, hes mad for canada, im not 100% sure, i reckon he sees himself breaking ground. ive noticed this for a while

he got andrew singh kooner over to fight on a card here
he sold darren barkers fights to some cable channel in canada

there were a few other examples of things but i cant remember them now, i think he sees it as a relatively untapped market, fair play for that

    still a fat ugly **** tho(allegedly)

Canada is going big on boxing at the minute might as well try expanding.

If it expands at the same rate as Micks waistline boxing will be the no1 sport.
