historians help!-boxing picture

hello there,i picked up a framed boxing picture from a skip the other day,,can anyone help to identify the film/actors please.
i am assuming that it is from an old boxing film but don't know which one,help please!

I can't help, sorry, mate. What I will say is why would anyone want to throw away such a beautiful picture? Hope you've put it up somewhere in the house or garage:good.

 

don't worry mate,it's got pride of place in the front room,the misses will flip when she realises the pretty flowers picture is now upstairs!:good

 

The one on the left looks like Spencer Tracey.

Wondering if the other one could be james dunn and it's from the film "Society Girl". Course I could be pissing in the wind haha.
