Norton ran Holmes pretty close even when past his best and Holmes smack dab in his prime. So how might a 5 years younger Norton have done?

Probably defeated Holmes. Though I didn’t see it as close as others, the back half of the fight was life & death for Holmes. It probably tells you that even a peak Ali might’ve struggled with Norton, too.

Holmes also had an injury in the Norton fight how much that effected him i don't know. But I feel like Holmes may of improved slightly after the Norton fight gaining experience and etc.

Prime for prime it would be an extremely close fight they probably split a series with Holmes ending up winning a trilogy.
