    Pinklon thomas was just as good as anyone in th 1980s, barring Holmes and Tyson.
    his short prime and anti-climatic career mirrors just about ever other alphabet champ of the 1980s.
    he beat witherspoon because he boxed better. he was a little bit better than witherspoon, that's all
