Even before the stoppage and all the controversy the first fight was a disaster. Those two were posing as much as Jones and Tarver in their third fight. I forgive Torres slightly because Holt is pretty dangerous on the counter, but Holt was extremely annoying the way he was holding back so much. It could have been a very easy contest for Holt but he chose to fight like a woman who was getting attacked by a mugger any time Torres tried to lead. I'm not even going to bother to try and call this one. I'm not into psychology and bull****. Looking forward to watching it though.
i'm taking holt late ko. i'm not a fan of holt, and actually like torres, but i thought holt was winning their first fight before the stoppage. hope torres proves me wrong.
holt by KO this time. Then kendell can get a shot against pauli or hatton in which i think he beats both.
I expect Torres will catch Holt early and not letting him off the hook. Torres KO 4. I cant wait for this one.
Certainly possible. As a big fan of Kendall's, he does have a tendancy to stop throwing punches when he gets ahead on the cards. He coasts too much IMHO. I think Holt will come out agressive and really pile it up....then rounds 8-12 ish I expect to see the same old song and dance from Kendall and possibly drop this one. Anyone know if there's another fight on the card to be aired? And why it's airing at 11:30-ish?
I hope Torres KSTFO of Holt for the following reasons: a. Torres is more exciting b. Holt is a runner c. sooner or later Hatton is going to get KTFO by either Torres or Pac. d. Torres is better for boxing, and can bring better matchups in the future he is clearly the more exciting fighter.
I went with Holt the first time and I'll go with him again. I haven't seen the first fight but it sounds like Holt did well for most of the fight and I'd expect the same this time. Good fight with Holt by UD.
