    And Muhammad Ali was only 7 years older than Larry Holmes.

    It's not necessarily age, it's performance. Holyfield has 9 losses at heavyweight, which is not necessarily horrible BUT losing to Sultan Ibragimov badly in his last fight was very telling.

    Yes just found it out myself! This is just joke that Holy gets title shot!

    So I guess in "NEW" rankings Holyfield is in top 15! (even though he has not fought since his WBO challenge of Ibragimov!)

    I hope holy wins and Wba stops existing!!!

    Valuev-Wlad is the fight we should be getting. Holyfield getting anywhere near a title shot is horrible. Are people actually going to buy a ticket for this?

    It's true that Holyfield is shot for 10 years now! or more! I'm Vitalis fan but wouldn't like to see this fight!

    And if anyone claims Holy is to shot! Must be shot himself (in head)

    The problem is not that Holyfield is 8 years older than Vitali, it's that Holyfield has been involved in many many wars. At the time of the first Tyson fight Holyfield was already considered shot, imagine now.

    Um he is 9 yrs older, I don't care what anyone says 46 is old as ****, Valuev is a true disgrace, even though I don't like the Klits I'll gladly root for either of them to bust this fraud up.
