They're both around 6'1''. You have to account for shoewear, camera angles, and flooring when it comes to photos. We'll get a better idea of how they match up heightwise when we see the fight.

I used to train in the same gym as Holyfield and he's close to six feet three inches in height.

Alright, neither did I want you to be taken less serious lol. I feel that Holyfield's height advantage could not be such a fighting benefit as a shorter puncher is difficult to find, Lance Whitaker is the living proof in which concerns specifically to Sultan and I can openly tell you that I have had my face full and my nose bloody from short sluggers gloves in sparring sessions - they sneak in and bust you up with sharper shots from awkward positions and if you open up to counter, they land the big one and you're history when you least expect to. Reach advantages should be significant if you can keep em at bay of course...

    a few reasons:

fighters posture. a 2 dimensional image makes it harder to see if a fighter is slouched or not.

photography optical illusions. fisheye effeect or something. learnt all that stuff while at uni but forget most of it

and obviously since you cannot usually see their feet, it's likely one fight is standing on something or wearing shoes. usually the guy who does his weigh in first goes back and puts his clothes and shoes on.

same for the pavlik taylor fight. while pavlik was on the scales taylor was getting dressed again and most likely had his shoes on because we saw in the fight pavlik loomed over taylor, yet in the weigh in they looked the same size.
