I'm not much of a Pac fan, and watch 4 to 10 fights every weekend, all year long, But I don't expect May's big mega super ppv to be anything spacial, I see why people would call him boring to watch, very skilled, but I want a Boxing fight, not a one sided beat down, Maybe Floyd needs to step it up and fight at 154, and why not 160 like the ATG Welters, Robinson, Leonard, Armstrong, Hearns, Duran, Napoles, Benitez ... that way we can all watch a May test his limits in a close back and forth fight. But then Again he's close fights and they weren't very exiting. So it's just Floyds style.

It's not even about that, It's more about May's style, was Pacquio vs Marquez 3 a slug fest? still more entertaining then:

    Mosley - May
    Mosley - Pac
    Margarito -Pac
    Margarito - Mosley
    May - DLH
    Pac - Clottey
    May - Baldomir
    May - Ortiz
    Mosley - Mora

It doesn't have to be a slugfest, It just has to be a back and forth close chess match, the wars are great and are what make Boxing Great, but those kind of fights are not everything. But there are some boring styles out there.

He is very skilled indeed, but there is no way in hell people can say they would prefer to see a May vs Mosley fight over a Barrera vs Morales fight.

*******s will hate and give Floyd no credit, but most neutral fans will agree that the great majority of his fights aren't really exciting, that doens't mean he is not a great fighter, just that his style doesn't trigger any edge of the seat performances.

There is a reason why fight of the year, round of the year, knockout of the year, and fighter of the year don't normally go to fighters with Floyd's style.

If Floyd had more power and kept this same style then I definately think he would be considered much more exciting. Broner has the style that comes to mind.

Na I've never considered his fights boring. I respect his skills more than any other fighter TODAY. Only someone thats never stepped in a ring or a hater thinks his fights might be boring. There are boxers, who specialize to hit and not get hit and fighters who specialize more on hitting than getting hit. Hia fights only are one sided because his competition since Castillo has not been the best. Funny thing is hed be favored to beat everyone. Floyd only doing his job. Samething with the Klits.

Considered boring by who? Why is he considered exciting? You see, when you ask a question like that, most every one that replys already thinks hes boring and thier answers will reflect that. It would be the same if you asked why is he considered exciting. So the question is. Who do you wanna hear from?

I hear some casual fans say he is boring, but I think some fans might base that off fights like "Baldomir" which he himself said was a dud and made up for it in the Hatton fight.

Overall if a lot of punches are not being thrown "Pac" the crowd does not have the ring Iq to realize they are watching a solid boxing exhibition,a lot of people want the quick KO.
