Cloud is a plodder while Pascal (raw as he is) is quite fast with both his feet and his hands + has the power.
For about 3 rounds then he's done. I think Cloud is a bit more refined than Pascal & sets up his offence a little better. Fixed
Cloud sucks. He got completely outboxed against that one guy (forgot his name) and should have an L on his record. He's crude, predictable and slow. If Hopkins has anything left, he should be able to beat Cloud. Even if Hopkins has lost something, he still has a very good chance given his far superior skill level.
He's a legend. He won't be completely appreciated until he's long retired. What he's doing is legendary stuff. We might never see another like him in our lifetime who is able to beat guys almost half his age. What do you expect him to do? Go blow for blow with guys almost half his age?
I don't expect him to brawl, but holding excessively, quitting, and fouling the whole damn fight isn't "legendary" It's dirty and illegal.
But it depends how you use that reach. Pascal used a wild ambush style that made it hard for Hopkins to judge in the early rounds. He had quick hands and feet, and would explode suddenly. That can be a counter punchers nightmare. Not sure if Cloud has that same athleticism. He seems more of a plodder that comes forward in straight lines. I mean, check out the way Campillo was turning and confusing him. If Hopkins has any of that magic left in him that was shown in the Pavlik fight, he gon' give Cloud a lesson.
Cloud is a strong,going forward plodder with limited techical abilities and he is not fast. Last fight Campillo beat the living hell out of him,except in the first round.Highway robbery. If Hopkins gives him angles which he will he will win this 100 percent. Only way i see Cloud beating Hopkins if he lands some mounstrous right hand whick KOes Bhop,and i dont see that.
