He has none. All those guys he mentioned gave Hop his dues after he gave them lessons on boxing fundamental. Chitown is an idiot and will do anything to diminish the accomplishment of Hop. Not long ago his ****** ass was saying how Hop was ducking Kovalev. Now that that has signed to fight Kovalev, he back pulling stories that he can't confirm out his ass.

I can see where Hopkins is coming from. This is no 'do or die' fight for Hopkins. He has nothing to prove. Even losing this fight cannot undo his huge list of accomplishments.

i'm not denying NDA's exist. i know they do. i've signed one myself. i've speculated in the past that pac's opponents have signed them and i gave the reasons i believed it to be true. at one point there was a video on the web of roger mayweather saying that hatton was only allowed to gain 5lbs after the initial weigh in against pac. i posted that video on a few boards only to have every mod delete the threads. the video disappeared all together. that was my proof. there are other posters who can verify what i'm talking about. what did you hear? where are the posters who can verify what you're saying?

We cannot imagine the amount of hard work, dieting and discipline that Hopkins has displayed for year after year in the hardest sport there is.

Then some commentator (who has no idea of the work involved) comes along and says that this is a 'do or die' fight and that losing this fight could put all of his work in jeopardy.

    Disgusting punk move.

Im going back 3,4 5 yrs ago.

Except about Shumenov who only reminded me what I already knew.

YES......You're right that Hatton signed an NDA about $#^%#, I heard that as well, but every fighter who fights BHOP since I can remember has been hush about the details of the contract. Pavliks drunk@ss blurted it out in a bar. It made it's way around the old Boxing Insider Forum and probably to the Scene and to here and everywhere else. And of course, just like your thread, which INCLUDED the particluars of Manny's NDA, the Pavlik accusations disappeared as well. He payed his fine and shut his mouth.

And he didnt have the flu. It's called delirium tremens, or alchohol withdrawal. It causes flu like symptoms that a trainer would want to keep to himself to dscourage rumors.

And cmon......EVERYONE knows about Pascals prefight requirements. He says he got an extra 200K, and can't discuss the details. 2 and 2 my friend.

And Attaboi is either a racist or a nationalist. I don't discriminate. I like Thurman and Im warming up to BooBoo. Yet I find Love and the Charlo HOES punks. I liked Thomas Williams Jr until Friday night at about 10PM. And I like some Muslim fighters like Khan, Price, Chagaev. I like don't like racists like Brother Nazim or BHOP, just like I don't like white racists either. :-(

Hopkins is on TRT for sure and some other crap, so NDA/medical waiver allows him to avoid drug testing? That's some BS.

I know. Bernard Hopkins' accomplishments during the 1990's can never be erased, even if Max Kellerman has already forgotten about them or chooses to pretend as if they never happened.

To me, Hopkins' legacy was set at the end of 1997, when he had wins over Segundo Mercado, John David Jackson, Glen Johnson, and Andrew Council. (People, like Kellerman, seem to forget that Jackson, Johnson, and Council were very good boxers.) The post-2000 wins over the likes of Trinidad, Pavlik, Pascal, Cloud, etc. enhance Hopkins' legacy further.

Roidkins on edge as he knows this Kovalev can hurt you. This ain't Cloud, Pascal, Daawson or Shumenov, this is a bona fide power puncher. Can't wait.

If you're honestly going to compare the competition Hopkins went through at Light Heavyweight with Kovalev then you have serious issues. I really don't know what Pascal, Pavlik and Taylor have anything to do with this discussion, or are you indirectly trying to hint that Hopkins' victories at Light Heavyweight, despite his age, aren't as good as we think?. If so, keep the nonsense to yourself and to the trolls on the site.

Kovalev hasn't faced anyone like Hopkins, Hopkins fought MANY fighters similar and even better than Kovalev. That's all you need to know. The only way Hopkins loses this is if his age finally catches up with him and he's unable to perform for the full 12 rounds as he once used to.
