It's close, but it's Rigo for me, it's near faultless

One performance against a fighter who's not used to leading effectively doesn't convince me he's better than the best ring general in the sport currently. Rigo is quicker on his feet, though he's also lighter. Hopkins has shown more dynamic footwork than Rigo has. But Rigo is pretty much right up there with BHop and Marquez. His balance is superb, his lateral movement is excellent, and he's efficient.

Hopkins, for **** sake, Hopkins without question.

But make no mistake, Rigondeaux is heir apparent.

Rigo is the best footwork I've ever seen McGrain. The things he can do with his body are extraordinary. Hopkins can't move his whole body the way Rigo can. Hopkins has pretty feet, but Rigo turns off gravity, floats on the moon, then turns gravity back on, just to kick your ass.

Bump this thread if Rigo fights Mares, a come forward hardcore pressure fighter. You'll see footwork like you've never seen before!

Rigo. He doesn't seem to ever get off balance. He's younger, and much more fleet-footed, and just about as textbook as you can get with it. Ten years ago I'd answered differently. Hopkins may still have a better sense of distance & range, however.

Why do you continue to post? Not only do you suck at posting, you suck at simply watching boxing.

Demetrius Andrade is mediocre, by the way. Just thought I'd throw that little piece in there for ya.
