I don't like Broner personally. In my old neighborhood, people that mugged little old ladies tended to disappear. That doesn't take away from the fact that Broner is a helluva boxer. He took a beating from Maidana and was giving Maidana one at the end. If you think it doesn't mean anything to go directly from being a lightweight titleist to a welterweight titleist, please name someone else currently boxing that did it. Broner has gaps in his game but he is still a very good boxer.

Towards the end, I thought Broner was giving it out as well as he was receiving it. Broner isn't brain damaged, he is just extremely ignorant and thuggish. I was hoping that Maidana would beat a little humility into him but that didn't seem to happen.

At the lower weights he was an exceptional finisher. Granted, the level of competition he faced there, along with being physically smaller, were also inferiorly skilled than what he's faced in recent bouts.

Broner should of never became a name in the first place. He clearly lost to Ponce Deleon.

Broner is who he is .

Shockingly , its going to take a lot more than a beating and a fractured cheekbone to change him .

He's kind of reminds me of a smaller but slightly more talented and motivated Kevin Johnson. Like Johnson he looks good when he lets his hands go. He has quick hands, throws nice looking combinations and uses a flawed shoulder roll technique. But like Johnson he has no movement and fights in spurts. He's better than Johnson but like Johnson he'll never cut it against the top fighters.

Broner is a paper champ yet Pac is a fully fledged 8 division champion. Double standards little boy

Imagine Algieri vs Broner. Broner would be standing in the middle of the ring in the Philly shell, flat footed as always, with Algieri slowly circling him. No punches would be thrown until Tim Lane let's Chris out of the cage in the final 30 seconds of round 12.

Talented but lacks discipline. With the way he's blowing up in between fights it'll be only a matter of time before it catches up to him.

Imagine if Broner was as dedicated or as disciplined as.. lets say Bradley. He'd be ****ing scary.

He is bad as his footwork
I really dont rate him that hihgh
He cant beat any top ww atm as long he is flatfooted, low work rate
he cant impose his body in this div like he did in featherweight and lightweight.
he would like to go back at lightweight if he wants a belt or hecan wait garcia to vacant his.but he will have new competition there crawford is coming to 140.
Crawford matthysse prov paterson rios algieri postol that division is pretty stack withgood fighters
