Broner would probably win, but I still think Broner is being overrated a bit. Until he outclasses JMM he has not outclassed him.

It would be a mixture of the Mayweather fight slickness with some of the craft and power of the Casamayor fight. Marquez would be peppered with jabs and forced to initiate the action like he had to with Floyd, that is when Broner would bust him up and hurt him, when he countered the counter puncher.

Yeah re-watching the fight,Broner had a great performance but the main factor as to why Broner dominated DeMarco is because he sat in front of him ALL night..

Juan pivots, feints, steps to the side, dodges and shoots at angles, has foot work etc...Broner had a straight line with Demarco and was there to pick him off all night.. Yes I think with Broner's defense he would win, however he is not KO'ing Juan..

Also not sure where Demarco is ranked p4p,"is he in the top 20-30"? Juan is in the top 10 and depending on who you ask top 5 fighter in the world so we have to consider the experience here as well.

great prediction, a near 40 year old guy with 50 fights at featherweight , which makes him a career featherweight, and Broner a young in his prime fast and powerful champion wins....amazing...what a ****ing troll you continue to be

If this fight ever happened now would be the best for broner. Marquez just earned his most notable win in his career and if Broner won it would skyrocket his fan base. Just my opinon, but aside from a few moments in the last fight JMM looked a bit slow and quite frankly older. If he fights again my bet is it will be that one fight where he officially becomes old and a speedy fighter like broner could take advantage of that. At this point in time I'd say Broner by a clear UD.

I love all the idiots equating Broner to Mayweather. Mayweather kept him at bay with a greater mobility than Broner has ever exhibited, and an extremely long jab to the body that Broner lacks. When Marquez got inside he muscled him out. A fight with Broner going to end up on the inside or at mid-range, and I doubt Broner is going to puzzle JMM over 12. Anything can happen at JMM's age, but he's too experienced to get beat by Broner. Superior feints, lateral movement in the pocket, and overall experience.

It would only take one of these to land onto Broner's open mouth for Marquez to break his jaw.

    Marquez would **** him up.

Broner's got good potential but this is p4p level hall of famer that is Pac's daddy.

PrinceN is a racially insecure *****.

Well he handled DeMarco's pressure much better than he handled PDL's.

PDL has a belt now so a rematch might be worthwhile to get a gauge of Broner's improvement.

As it is, no way should he be favoured over the man who knocked out cold Pacman.

The title is stupid in itself.(What actual clown thinks this is an easy fight or guarantee W for brush boi .
His bandwagon die hard fans don't realize that, demarco made him look better just walking straight line towards his punches all night instead of making any adjustment. Marquez won't do that JMM is a better counter puncher & Broner defense isn't impeccable floyd inst perfect either but the closest to it.The higher they climb the harder they fall.Broner going to get hurt if he trys to bull rush Dinamita.
