Didn't like the way Oscar had to go out. Was sad to see the biggest draw in the sport leave in that manner.
There are no huge stars past Floyd / Oscar / Pac nobody on that level. Wlad and Vitali in Europe, ok. Oscar might do this just because he could clean up financially. No way he rides right into a Cotto fight. He would lose almost for sure if he did that. Cotto vs Berto at 54 is interesting and either man could win. Cotto I think would be favored but Berto will be very comfortable at 54 although I doubt he could be a star, its a comfortable weight for him to fight at. Assuming Cotto wins an exciting fight, DLH could announce a comeback and take a tune up at 54. Probably two tune ups. Then he could do a Cotto fight and a Floyd rematch at 54, two huge paydays. Honestly though, I doubt he does it. He is so freaking rich already and thats a helluva lot of hard work for a guy who will become a billionaire without doing any of it. It really depends on him. He seems to get booed a lot in public. People have a love / hate relationship with him and fighting a few more times would be a huge shot in the arm for his company, his finances and his continued monopolization of HBO. Will he go through with it? I will have to say probably not. Too much hard work and risk when he doesn't need to.
Did I suggest that I was looking to make the ****in fight? There are so many people on here that need a slap! All I asked for was an opinion on how big it could be and I get a lecture from a complete *****!
boxing wise it'll be a bad fight.. business wise it'll be a big fight with big paydays for both boxers and a lot of media attention attracted to the sport which is needed by the sport :hat
