Ortiz got caught slippin' and Floyd was angry over the butt and the kiss. The ones you don't see coming will level you. He didn't expect the right hand to come when it did. He was looking at the ref and never made eye contact with the incoming right hand. The difference between Berto's KD and Floyd's KO was the timing and eye contact. Ortiz had 0 eye contact with the inbound shot. That will put you right on out. Also the head hitting the deck had something to do with it. Also the OSDT could have something to do with it. With Berto there was no OSDT but with Floyd there was. When we see differences of the sort we tend to think that there was something fishy at play. Berto's shot did look more damaging but hey, whatever. Berto KD'd Ortiz. Flyd KO'd Ortiz. Never underestimate the power of an angry black man. Don't kiss a black man after you have done something dirty. He's going to kill you for that. If Floyd didn't kill him for the headbutt, he killed him for the kiss. Muah...BOOM...KO:bbb
the question is so stupid, it doesnt deserve a serious answer. go find as many fights as you can and find anyone who has their hands down and looking in another direction and get hit with 2 monster shots from a world champion and pound for pound fighter...see if they take them, look and smile...they wont...thats why he got dropped and was knocked silly
floyd's got underrated power. also, cotto was only dropped by pedquiao because he was severely weight drained. a far cry from the version floyd whooped.
Because Ortiz quit. He knew that he was about to get embarrassed in the later rounds of that fight so he brutally fouled Mayweather. When Floyd gave him a way out by dropping him, he took it.
Ask Amir Khan his mentality when he feels he is getting beat up and can't do anything about it is terrible he had lost pretty much all the rounds up intill that point He broke down mentally (very fast) went for the headbutt Then thought to himself to stop taking out his thrustration on Floyd got sucked punched could have made it but thought f'ck it a good escape path. (since he pretty much though he was gonna lose and mentally thought he couldn't do anything to win)
Ortiz is a young tree, just stood there waiting to be hit. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DStwXsmZ3OE[/ame]
