Thanks hadn't heard of this guy. After a quick search I see he did confess after spending a million and about 4 years trying to say otherwise. I guess it isn't easy to just admit to being caught...

    Haha that had to rolling.

Don't forget he wrote about book about how he didn't dope, collected money from his supporters/fans to fight the conviction but now... instead of actually admitting to it truthfully he tried to blackmail his old teammates into employing him and the management for the Tour of California, when that failed he went public and admitted his doping.

Who is talking about check fraud?

    The

Christ, she didn't break any laws, so how the **** are you going to send her to jail? Hell, roids back then weren't even illegal. It was after Balco that the FEDS makes roids illegal.

She was sent to jail by the FEDS not USADA, christ almighty. The only thing the FEDS could nail on her was the check fraud. What WADA did was separate from the Balco investigation, where they stripped her of her records.

First of all, what does Christ have to do with your ignorance. I posted what was she guilty of and what she went to prison for. Do your research again. I can't stand when someone is wrong and continues with the argument. Read the mother****ing post. I know all about the check fraud. The damage she did by confessing hurt the girls that won a gold medal with her. They got there gold medals taken away fron them due to the confession. Do your research before posting. The olympic can do whatever they want apparently.

I thought it'd be darn obvious that they'd strip her of the records and wins she got while doped. Btw Jones' teammates won their medals back so no harm there.

However, the point is beyond that paper punishment. All dopers get stripped of their gains whiled proven doped, that's obvious. Besides that what real punishment was there? Did any of these dopers jail time FOR doping?

an athlete at Moseley's level knows his body so well, it is rediculous to believe he wouldn't notice the effects of steroids...I think the reluctance to fess up has more to do with legal issues than it does with moral issues...

Thanks for that info. I thought the other runners were going to lose their medals. That would have been a shame.
