This vid shows Fury got more force into his punches by transfering his weight to his backfoot before punching, I knew about weight transferance before seeing this vid, but I didn`t know this was why Fury was punching harder in this fight:

There is no transfer, the back foot, or furthest point of stability, is what anchors the opposing forces when you punch. If you’re punching with your weight on your front foot, then you don’t know how to box.

When he landed that Jab that snapped D’s head back...
I was like “oh damn, going to be a long night for Deontay “

when he dropped him in round 3 - “oooooh, maybe not so long after all”

he sat down on his punches mauled, smothered & snuffed him - nullified his power.

    Kronk gym know what’s up.
taught him well & he adapted that style brilliantly & made it his own.
he truly is a master class boxer!

Fury always used to put all his weight on his front foot then punch.

Yes, the weight ends up over the front foot, but it’s at the end of the push off from the back foot. That’s where the leverage comes from. If you start the punch when you’re weight is on the front foot there won’t be any leverage on it, it’s like punching on roller skates, there is no anchor.
