When people say joshua fan/fury fan etc, i dont really get it tbh. Im a boxing fan, obviously you have your faveourites (i can take and relate to usyk more for example than other heavies), but its not your footy team were you blindly follow or blindly dislike the other side because of tradition. People seem very emotionally invested in either liking or disliking certain boxers. Fair enough like i dont really get it though

 

The people who say this sort of thing are ironically the most invested people, that can’t hack a bit of harmless back and forth. We’ve got BTEC, Poundland psychologists critiquing the tone of posts and then clearly deranged and insecure beetroot necked “in the know” members who buy Instagram followers and engagement virtue-signalling with egg on their face.

Exactly mate. I've got nothing against Joshua and wish he was everything Hearn had promised and more.

But it was a big fat lie that was spotted my some early doors, including a lot of good posters on here. Unfortunately it was also believed by many. A decade of having that nonsense rammed up our nostrils starts to stink after a while.

I actually felt sorry for Joshua before this fight and posted about it on this very forum. But his outrageous behaviour after the fight cemented what a lot of us already knew, he's a fraud and a bully. I've studied his rant after the fight and still don't really know what's going on. But I do know it's not nice.

I think the Germans call it schadenfreude.

 

I feel sorry for Conor Benn. Soon he will be exposed and we can all see with our own eyes that he is nowhere near as good as Eddie Hearn has said.

I’ve had a laugh at the goings on from Joshua myself, and as I’ve just said I’m not really a fan of Joshua, don’t hate him like, but much prefer usyk. Just observing some seem to be nearly cumming that he lost. Each to there own though who am I to say to hats right or wrong.
