I had a crazy score for Bellew at the time, so I stopped scoring. When I rewatched it I had it a draw or a round for Nathan since it was often close.

It's hard beating a volume puncher unless you're clearly doing more damage with your shots. The rounds Tony won he did that, or controlled with the jab, but the rounds he lost he just didn't punctuate the session.

If he's stuck to the jab I think he'd have taken it.

yeah the 3rd time i watched it with the volume down i had it Cleverly by 2 points, kinda thought too much attention was put on Tonys work , whilst Nathans was being ignored at times. Tonys jab was double but nathans were more acurate overall.

It was a close fight but a clear win for Cleverly if that makes sense? I don't think he ever looked troubled in there and it looked like he was really enjoying himself. He chose to go toe to toe with Tony and that deserves respect, think he could of won a lot easier, boxed within his max ability with a hostile crowd a cracked rib got the win and looked like he could go another 5 rounds. Respect to both fighters

Like Groves-DeGale, I think a draw would have been the fairest outcome, with Cleverly keeping his belt.
