Vote and/or comment. This is in reference to the three judges's scorecards and the fact that the British judge had it 10-2 for Ward while the American and Canadian judge scored it 7-5 for Ward. As for me, I scored it 10 rounds to 2, 118-110 for Andre Ward. Only rounds 5 and 9 I gave to Froch with the 11th round being close.
I had it 118-110 Ward. I though the third could have gone either way. I gave the 9th and 12th to Froch. I don't see how anyone had Froch winning 5 rounds. Maybe 4, but thats a stretch. He was outclassed, but he fought tough. Keith
118-112 Froch: 5, 12 Even: 2, 11 Ward: 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 9 coulda been even or for Froch, just as 2 coulda been for Ward.
Rounds that you could lie to yourself and favour Froch in were the maybe one of the first rounds cause nothing really happened; the the 5th and 9th were rounds with action that things could have happened in and the 11th and 12 were actually rounds that Carl should probably get on most score cards. All that being said I really can't see any sane person giving mroe then two of the so called close ronuds (2/3, 5, and 9). So really the most anyone could sanely give Carl was 4 rounds. The correct score is probably 9-3 or 10-2. All that being said though as much as everyone wants to ride Ward's dick tonight Froch may have lost a lot of rounds but it was a good fight and he performed well.
