What's funny is most people don't know that Duran never actually said "no mas". That was a commentators comment. Just as most so called boxing fans are not aware that sugar ray knew that Duran ballooned in weight between fights. So he had the rematch made asap. Which put Duran at an extreme disadvantage. Durans manager screwed him over by agreeing to it. I attribute fault to Duran for not keeping himself disciplined. But I also give fault to Leonard for not wanting to fight Duran at his best. What's funny is this is straight from the horses mouth!Leonard admitted to it!!! Catch Duran at a disadvantage!!! Don King was also in on it. Which to me,carries a level of disgrace. I personally believe all the hate comes from individuals being biased against Duran because he is latin.

Excuses! No matter what SRL did, or Duran said, Duran quit during a round.

Duran should always be ranked ahead of leonard all time. Im not saying hes the better boxer but there is not much between them. Duran gets points because he fought great big men and won and his resume is better thats why i rate him at 7 all time and leonard at 8

Leonard was great but people forget leonard fought around half the fights duran had and duran beat a young prime leonard when hes was going on 30 years old . Duran was beating really good middleweights at yhe age of 36.
