I saw Margo, Phillips, Quintana, and Mitchell all land big shots on PW, in fact Phillips and Mitchell were loading up and connecting with Hayemakers, Mosley is faster than all of those guys, Paul would eat alot hard shots, but at 38 Mosley may be alittle to old at this pt.

the reason i say cotto is becuase he is very good at closing distance and he breaks the body which can be done against williams becuase its a huge area lol.

Well first Mosley has to get in the ring with Paul which he has already stated he does not want to.

Since Shane would not be able to match Pauls workrate he would have to ensure the punches he does throw count and work on the inside.
    Game plan for Shane:
Use the jab when in range to counter and setup other punches
Go to the body hard and early, hopefully this will get some steam off Pauls punches and lower his workrate in the later rounds. Soften him up for a possible late ko.
Since he is the shorter man, duck underneath Pauls punches to get inside
Tie up as necessary and play rough when in close to frustrate Paul
Do not stand still or lay on the ropes as a target -- Paul feeds off that.
Time Paul and counter, counter, counter.

By the way, Shane has the best chance at beating Paul at 147lbs. Why? Because he is extraordinarily strong for a small man and if anyone can buzz Paul or take him out, I would say its Shane. He has the power to take out the big boys and if Margarito was stunning Paul and so was Quintana, I'd say Shane has the power to hurt him and take him out late, given that he lands enough. Think about it folks, Paul is not unbeatable. Margarito, although he lost, gave a very decent performance against a very strong Paul that night and had his way with him in the second half. Quintana beat Paul and countered him all night, but we know that wasn't the best William's in there. But why was this? Because Paul's defense is porous and his offense /workrate is what wins him his fights.

yeah but paul has a chin.... and the only time mosley's power is as relevant as you are making it seem is if you allow him to hit you.... thats why i said as long as paul comes focused and with a good game plan he should take it... i

cmon now.... you know and i know that paul would abuse cotto .. AND THOROUGHLY... like within 7 roudns

cosign. the only way would be a ton of movement, effective countering off that movement, and clinching. and there would be a lot of people complaining about it... a whole lot of clinching is the only way to nullify the workrate and reach. mosely might be able to pull it off, but he's gonna have a HELL of a time doing it.

I dont understand how cotto has become a scum bag in ur eyes. you have to see this styleistically. I know williams has come a long way but remember how quintana boxed him. its still possible for cotto to do this, the same guy who showed his boxing talent against mosley
