    dude it's called discipline.
I work and I go to college. I wake up at 5:30 for a roadwork. come back, shower breakfast and I am off to college. Ater college I go to gym for 1-2 hours and then to work usually from 3 to 8 PM. I come back home and go to sleep. Not all days are like that but It just shows you that you can do it if you discipline yourself and sacrifice other activities.
    good luck bro

Willpower and sucking it up. It isn't easy. Believe me I know. I work construction, probably one of the toughest jobs to have and still train to box. You start work at 7am, and wear your body out for 8 hours, sometimes more. You just wanna relax after work when you get home, very hard to put your body through boxing training on top of a full day of that. What I try and do is shower when I get home to loosen my body up, then I relax for a half hour or hour. An energy drink comes in handy. Then I just go and hit it. I try and go to bed early so I can summon the energy to do it again the next day. I also sometimes lay down and relax during my lunchbreak, that helps. Another thing I do is try and use my weekends as heavy training days. It is easier because I don't have to work or get up super early, so my body feels more rested, and obviuosly, there is no time frame issues since you have all day. Also choose a day or two during the workweek as an off day and just stretch and do calistentics. Well I hope what I have said helps you out.

Exactly, even if I wished there were 26 sometimes. It's difficult, if you think your gonna be to tired at the end of the day, go for a run in your lunch hour. Depending on your job try and turn it into a plus. I'm allways running up 6 flights of stairs rather than taking the lift, be the guy who volunteers to do the heavy lifting, it impresses your boss and they dont know your doing it cos you need to stay in shape.

Just stick with it, I'm in a shitty retail job standing up all day. I'm training for 5K's/Cross Country some nights at training my legs have **** all in them, my CV is more than fine but my legs wont work. You think **** that, but stick with it. I just did a pb and my training has been crap at times.

I am pretty lazy and not one to give much advice in this area.

But I can say that many times when I thought I was too tired to workout but went ahead and did it anyways that I ended up surprising myself and doing much more than I thought I could.

Sometimes the hardest part is just getting yourself to go into the gym in the first place, when you are tired after work or after night classes and you dont think you could do it, but really you do have the energy if you just get in there and do it.
