i work from 7am to 5.30 pm. monday to friday. Then i go straight to training and train for 2-3 hours. If you want to fight you will train. i have to train, if i don't i feel like I'm letting myself down. I also work saturdays. And workout on sunday too. Ilove training and fighting thats why i do it.

im in the same position i start work at 07.30am and finish at 08.00pm. I've onl y had two amateur fight and won them both. I start training for my next bout next week so im thinking of doing my runs at 05.50am and when i finish work ill do my bagwork, shadowboxing, skipping and groundwork.

Ive never tried it before but if it helps me train twice a day and helps with my fitness for my bouts LETS AV IT! :good
