Oscar is definitely a better win than Mosley was, the Mosley that showed up for that fight was gassed by R3 and old(and not on EPO).

    I'd have it:

    1.Corrales
    2.Castillo II
    3.Judah
    4.ODLH
    5.Hatton/Mosley/Marquez

:rofl, can't wait for the official build up for Void vs emmanuel. Void actually has issues with manny.

  3. You mean when he stepped on Floyd's foot? :patsch

That list is same as mine. i put hatton at #5.

i cant believe some people on this thread say it was a cherry picked opponent. hatton spent 18 months calling out floyd, i was starting to think floyd would duck hatton.

this was the victory that made me take real notice of floyds talent.

i remember the pub being silenced by the performance.

Due to the fact Hatton was never that good at Welter, you'd have to rate Pac's win over him as a lot better.

It was a good victory, thats for sure. Hatton's style made it an intriguing clash of styles. Although Ricky still had a 0 on his record, I always felt that once it got past 7 or 8 rounds Floyd would really pick him apart and win a lopsided decison. The Collazo fight enhanced my thoughts on that.

Ricky's agressivness or over-eagerness got him caught flush with a check hook that set up the finish. Ricky was never the same after that fight, Floyd gets credit for that. The mentality he had before the fight was gone forever and Pac put him into retirement.

If it had been at LWW then I'd definitely put it up there. No doubt it was a credible victory though.

I never bought into all the Hatton hype even though i went over too Vegas for the fight i & many others thought that he should'nt even be in the ring with someone of Mayweathers level who is just on a whole other level of fistic ability.

But all respect to Hatton for wanting to get in there but it went exactly as we thought regardless of the ref & to be honest i've watched the fight again & i'am not that impressed with Floyd's performance & i see Pacquiao dishing out some hurt as floyd believe it or not actually missed plenty against a one dimensional square-on straight ahead Hatton & when he missed with some shots he's as wide open as a barn door.

Regardless of Hatton have the Tszya scalp he's a WBU level champ & not WBC & the gulf in class was there for all but the blind to see.

Yea, Hatton was the top guy he could've faced. Obviously way better than Mosley, Cotto, Clottey, Williams, Berto, Cintron and Margarito.
