Comparing Bugner with Klitschkos is a mistake. Bugner would not have been dominant champion in any era, he has several losses against mediocre fighters

Comparing them how? You need to explain yourself as i didn't actually say Bugner was on the level of the Klitschko's career wise.
The base level skillset of Wladimir Klitschko was no better than Joe Bugner.

Vitali Klitschko didn't have a better skill set than Tony Tucker or Buster Douglas , but he separated himself from those guys by being light years more committed and dedicated.

Wlad was a basic boxing by numbers guy same as Bugner , but Wlad had a far greater hunger to succeed than Bugner did. Boxing is 99% mental and thats where Klitschko were at their best.
But if you shrunk Wladimir down to MW , he would be no better than Felix Sturm skill wise.

Colin Heart praised Bugners defensive craft against Ali and Frazier.

Yes they would, apart from Foreman, Lyle and Ali, nobody would stand a chance against them.

If Bugner was fighting at his very best, then he'd frustrate the hell out of George..not sure tho if he could get the full rounds in.

Bugner was a decent fighter to me, but was too passive to ever do better than he did. He was tough, he could box, he could punch, but it didn't much matter, he didn't seem like he liked what he was doing, and failed to impress the majority of the time. He had the tools to be better, but not the heart.

Actually that's a horrible comparison. Bugner isn't even in the same league as either K Bro. He had neither the talent, power or skill of Wlad. He utterly lacked the warrior and athleticism of Vitali.

    But you know all this.

Of course i know what i know cos some of the things you mention were already mentioned by me earlier. . I also know that Bugner had a better understanding of the core basics of boxing than Vitali did, and thats proven by how he performed against guys ranked on the top 10 ATG list.

The skill of Wlad was exposed when he fought boxer/movers like Williamson , Fury and aggressors like Brewster and Povetkin.

If Bugner was as strong and powerful as Wlad , and fought to his rules enabled by his own personal ref , he would have defeated Frazier by jumping all over his back everytime he came close.

Bugner killed someone (Ulric Regis according to google). My dad always told me that that affected the way he boxed - no longer had the real will to push on when things got tough.
