How does anyone think Hatton is ready for Pac?

Hatton has caught up to ever single fighter he has ever faced.

Can Pac move backwards faster than Mayweather? I doubt it.

No but he will move side to side making it very difficult for Hatton to do his usual hit and hold move. We all know Pacquiao can hurt Hatton since Lazcano hurt him with his check left hook. I think all the things you said are fair.

I would say that Manny at least for the first 6 rounds will not be able to get out of Hattons way, and is not a good enough inside fighter or strong enough to deal with him whillst he is there.

Depending on how Manny takes the punishment when he is inside with Hatton will basically define how the fight will go.

If he takes it fine, he will be able to eventually start to pick Hatton off.

If he doesnt and gets slowed down and has to stand in close and fight Hatton he is in for a looong night.

Again, he will have to be able to land those bodyshots to be able to hurt Hatton.

See this is where I have to disagree with you. I think the hand speed will be the difference in the fight especially early on. I see Pacquiao moving in and out using his hand speed effectively landing his combos early and often. I see Hatton looking confused. Of course like I said before the only way Hatton is gonna hurt Pacquiao is to the body. Now if you seen the 24/7 show you saw them getting that thick stick and digging into Pacquiao's ribs to make his body stronger for bodyshots. I think Pacquiao will know this and be ready for Hatton's body attack. :good

 

Basically we only disagree on one thing, I have not seen anybody get out of the way of Hatton. I don't think Hatton will have an issue getting close to Manny at all. Loads of fighters have gotten close to Manny in the past.

Also its not really a question if Hatton can hurt Manny to the body, if he lands flush and clean like say against Castillo then he will hurt Manny badly.

Wither he lands flush or clean or eats too many straight lefts is another thing entirely.
