Anyone that says they are naturally ripped is lying. They might not lift weights but they might slug shingles or brick all day for a living. Why do you think most office workers have gym memberships? Training boxing in itself helps, try punching a bag a few times a week and see what happens.

West African genes are what we think of when the word athletic comes to mind. East Africa has less fast twitch muscle fibers and are known for their endurance.

Both those guys looked like typical juice heads to me. And I highly doubt they were strangers to the weights room, whatever they say.

Lacy probably did nothing but lift weights, the guy was as a stiff as a zombie and his injuries give me reason to suspect he may of overdone the lifting..

It depends on what your definition of ripped is. Some people can maintain extremely low levels of bodyfat without really doing anything, meaning their muscles are going to be more defined. Others can maintain a relatively high muscle mass without really working out, and still others can maintain both, though it's extremely rare. Not everyone turns into a slug by living a sedentary life, just like not every gym rat turns into Frank Zane or even Charles Atlas. Your genetics influence your body to a wide degree.

    :rofl
There is no way in hell anyone looks fat with 12% fat!! Don't think you know what you are talking about!!! It is very very hard to get 8% and very few athletes have body fat that low.

Not only that but the way the SlaveMasters treated their slave geneticly strenthened them, you know like livestock, with selective breeding. Taking the stronger males and stronger females helped in the muscular developement.

I remember watching a documentary and a young Black adult said, "...you want to see what slavery did..." he took off his shirt, kid was ripped. Then continued, " I never lifted weights in my life just playing ball, this is what generations of slavery did..."

It bring me much pain to think that humans were treated like that, but they were. So yeah you can see young African American tend to develope musculemass much easier than most.

Is that racist to say so? No it's just a fact.
