I run 6 miles a day 4 days a week 1 x 3.5 miles 1 x 2.5 miles I measured the distance using a feature on google maps, tracking distance lines on the satellite view of my run, I think I just typed in 'measure distance on a map' and it came up. I do the 3.5 in 37 minutes and (and falling) and the 2.5 in 20 mins. It's a start.
