How good is Hector Lombard?

    Just saw his record and it looks very very solid. How good is he? Why is he not in UFC?

    Can't really say for sure yet; he certainly looks good, but does he have enough to be elite?

    In my opinion, he does have what it takes to be elite. He has lost 2 fights, one decision against Mousasi, and one decision against Gono (that I think he should have won). He has a very good winning streak of 13 or 14 fights. And he is strong as a bull, literally.

    The UFC has tried signing him before I think but there was issues with his work permit.

    It's really tough to say until there's an inter-promotional unification - or a top middleweight comes to Bellator - or Hector goes somewhere else.

    He looks like a beast so far.

    Lombard is quality. All he is missing is an opportunity to prove himself in the UFC or Strikeforce.

    His name has been popping up since Mousasi became big news. I am eager to see Lombard make a big step up. The record is pretty, some wins are good, he's done well in small orgs but I want to see him in SF.
