Linares is better than good. He's sensational for where he is at this point in terms of his experience, age, and development. Kenny Adams told Emanuel Steward Linares is a "Featherweight Sugar Ray Robinson." Excellent handspeed, combinations, body punching, mobility, chin, timing, overall mechanics, and a pretty good power. His head movement and defense are pretty good altough there's room for improvement, and he can be overly selective and slighlty tentative at times.
