How good Is Riddick Bowe (Holyfield 1 fight) in H2H terms?

Naw, he maxed out. Holyfield was always overrated. Golota showed what a skilled big hw would always have done to any version of Bowe.

 

Bowe was pretty ****. To have him anywhere near the top 10 HW of all time is absolutely ridiculous.

 

Wasn’t Golgota disqualified in both fights for low blows despite being up on every card in both the fights,Golota seemed to have Bowe’s number but I would not call him a skilled Heavyweight,Golota also quit against Grant in 10 rounds whilst also ahead on every card .

 

That just makes Bowe look even worse.

 

Yes possibly some could see it that way although it was three years after the Bowe fights. Lewis doing Golota in one round after the Bowe fights could certainly be seen that way . Tbh I’d forgot Lewis had fought Golota .

 

Good but wit time I'm starting to believe too that he wouldn't beat Lennox

 

His best chance to have beaten Lennox would have been before Emanuel Steward.

Joe Louis f.e. - great on the outside, great on the inside, follows the gameplan, knows when to implement fighting at different ranges. Bowe was great on the inside, very good on the outside, but sometimes didn't fight as he should and deviated from the gameplan.
