Yes it does. It is actually an exciting fight, despite reports saying it was the "stinkiest" of there series. I thought it had more action than fights 1 and 3. I think it is an underrated fight. The rarest to obtain is the first fight...a a masterclass boxing display despite showing only 2 rounds of the full fight, with it perhaps representing both when they were closest to there physical peak.
Guys like Lights Out & B-Hop as great and old school as they were couldn't carry Jersey Joe's jock strap.
I understand that most ringsiders sided with Charles in fight 4. I think they knew each other so well by then that it could be said that they anticipated each other's moves..I also read that Charles was a bit gunshy after his experience tasting that sneak hook in fight #3...at any rate, I've always wanted to see this fight..I'm sure that it was very interesting either way.

I cant, I was able to download the file onto the computer, but shrinking it for youtube was near impossible. I have given up long ago when I try uploaded Dempsey Tunney II a while back.
