Okay, this thread is meant to be more light-hearted, so please don't take things too seriously. :)

Here's my list that comes to mind:

    1) Can't scratch my own back anymore. Right arm has lost a lot of flexibility despite plenty of stretching before and after training/sparring.

    2) Bacne - I got black heads on my shoulders and upper back, and i'm not even a steroid user . In fact, I don't supplement (other than protein shakes) and minimal weight training, maybe twice a month.

    3) The FARTS!!! Holy smokes, since I started training, the eating is out of control and so is the gas. Doesn't help that I can barely go an hour without eating, and have an obsession with the Food network on TV.

On the plus side, never been leaner - finally got the six pack and muscle tone.

On the other hand, my mother thinks i'm malnourished - in her perspective, anyone who is not at least 20 lbs overweight is malnourished.

except farting everything is fine. of course, i am leaner and also everybody thinks i`m malnourished.

i even stopped farting. i used some medication (some light ****, its like jelly) for it because it went out of control, but now its ok without meds. i am not using supplements, not even protein shakes.

I was starting to worry the farting was only me...

I worked out longer then I normally do about two weeks ago.. and I blew up my friends toilet.. but it was all gas

    lol...great story Lartize.

And Captain Hook, needing meds for farting? That's a whole 'nother level. I guess I really shouldn't complain. And isn't it funny how you can be in the best shape of your life and be eating right, and yet people see you as being unhealthy?
I can't tell you how many times people tell me I need to eat. I eat all day....lol

Problem is most folk are 'over' nourished and have simply become too used to being fat.

A serious approach to eating is too hardcore for most of the 'taste addicted' population.

Greed and lack of self discipline is the crux of the matter.

The 'you look gaunt, malnourished etc' type comments should be taken as compliments. :good

Why do you get farts is it just from all the activity?

Yeah, I don't mind it. Funny thing is, my co-workers that sit around me laugh at me for the opposite reason - chain eating...

Although, I must admit - I have a boney face, so I actually DO look better when i'm carrying some extra fat. But mostly I agree, the average person is overweight, so that tends to skew the perspective.

Probably a mix of eating on the hour, and the metabolism working hard. I'm guessing it's a good thing.

But also, eating lots of veggies. A high veggie diet is much more gassy than the average diet.

Yr entitled to chain eat cos you train, and it's your body's way of telling you you need the calories. Food should be earned (that's the way I look at it, anyhow), and you've earned yours, so enjoy it mate!

I can only relate to number 3. I do eat constantly and avoiding dairy is completely crazy, so yeah, I'm gassy all the time.
    No problem with flexibility.
No acne except on glutes/thighs. Glutes get complimented all the time though since I wear scrubs at work :hat .. like a stupid, s e x y Flanders

I am extremely lean now, im probably in the best shape of my life, starting to develop some good ab muscle and my diet has been great. One other thing i noticed is that im not as tired as when im not training and shits arent disgusting

That being said just like you guys i fart like crazy, at work sometimes i gotta clench my butt cheeks half way just so the farts dont sound loud. Also my mom thinks i look too skinny and that i should eat more.
