Most people thought he nicked the fight.

I reckon he owns Chisora, badly. :good

I've never seen a fighter who just seems to drift off for rounds at a time. **** sake - it's 45 minutes - surely you can keep your concentration long enough to avoid getting brain damage.

He's a brave guy but his tendency to stop fighting for rounds at a time has always let him down, even at the domestic level. Losing to Audley, even out of shape as he was, was disgraceful.

Yep. Never hid the fact I can not stand the bloke but the post I made on this thread is not an hate post, just an accurate and true one. Williams was always a decent domestic fighter but fighters of the standard of Sosnowski always had the better of him.

Williams' chin is glass. Examples cited - When Vitali, Samil Sam, Sosnowski, even Audrey & McDermott landed cleanly, he starts embarrassingly break dancing all over the ring.

Now why don't you try giving an example of his chin not being glass?

I think it's simple weight distribution. He moves back onto one leg, it can't cope with the weight so he buckles like one of those big things from Star Wars.

williams doesn't have a glass chin, in every case you pointed they've been more then 1 shot landed. he gets up every time and hasn't been counted out. im confident we'll see the real danny williams next fight

Tyson before the knee injury couldn't take him off his feet.

Klitschko took 8 rounds to actually finish him - even then he got up. Acutally, why don't you try giving examples of this glass jawed fighter being knocked out. In my opinion a glass jaw is someone like Herbie Hide who goes in to la la land after getting tagged by Chingangu.

Yes, he could be hit and hurt by other heavyweights - big frickin deal.

You mean the Tyson who twisted his knee before the first round was over yet still had time to have Williams doing his usual jiggling? The same Tyson who couldn't even hurt McBride in his next fight. Brilliant.

Then you compare Williams to the weakest chin the heavyweight's have ever seen in Mr Paper Chin himself Herbie Hide? :patsch

I've already given you examples. Try watching the fights.

I'm not comparing Williams to Hide.

I'm giving you an example of someone with a glass jaw, get it?

You're being too hard on Williams by saying his chin was made of glass. Granted he could be hit and hurt but he also had the ability to recover.

I said examples where Williams was knocked out. If his chin was is as bad as you say, then Danny shouldn't have made it passed the first round with Vitali.

    Wow. :blood

    Danny 'AT-AT' Williams.

Danny against Dominick Guinn, that would be good. The two ultimate heavyweight hot & cold fighters.

It will be interesting to see what way Danny pursues now. It doesn't look a bright way after another stinker against McDermott.

Does he give Chisora a shot at the british belt?
    rematch with Audley or Skelton?
does he have a chance at landing a fight with Rogan?
maybe a chance to fight for an european belt?
